The Arapahoe Lake Home Owners Association (HOA) was formed to provide for maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the Residences. And to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its residents.

The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office reports that access to homes is most common through an open garage door or door attached to a garage. Do yourself a favor, and keep doors locked and garge doors closed.

HOA Rules & Regulations require that all boats on the lake be registered with Westwind Management. Please also be sure to keep boats emptied of water due to the West Nile VIrus threat.

Residents should submit an ACC form for review of any exterior changes or improvements (painting, landscaping, driveways, walkways, fencing, siding, roofing, windows, lighting, or play equipment) prior to installation or change.
